The collaboration took time between 2021 and mid-2022 and was, at the time, one of the largest and most extensive clients in our portfolio. As a consultant working in-house, we had the benefit of living with the brand and seeing it from the front row. Yet, as a third party, we contributed with new insights and a broad understanding of the industry. Our proactive approach ensured the organic growth of File Under Pop’s social media accounts as well as their community and presence online.
